ELIZABETHTOWN, NC –The kickoff of the Annual Spring & Grow Expo at Lu Mil Vineyard last weekend was the perfect venue to showcase Taylor Manufacturing’s newest product, the Pedal Party.  It is a 15-person party bike that is easy to pedal, perfect for socializing and to take your group with you.  Taylor plans to market and sell the Pedal Party to entrepreneurs for their community taxi or to venues like Lu Mil Vineyard. We think that the bike would be perfect for bridal parties, birthday parties, team building, company networking and family reunions.  We envision it being used in historic tourist areas, agritourism sites, entertainment facilities, retirement communities, campgrounds, etc. 

The Pedal Party is equipped with sound, radio and auxiliary connection.  The center section behind the driver could be used for a server to have drinks and refreshments available for your pedal guests.  There is also a bench across the back for those who wish to ride and not pedal.  To experience this fun, leisure entertainment visit Lu Mil Vineyard and grab a seat on the Pedal Party. 

The Pedal Party is available to rent at Lu Mil Vineyard for $200 per hour.  We provide the driver for your group.  Call our Gift Shop at 910-866-5819 to make reservations.  If you are interested in renting the Pedal Party for an offsite occasion, we offer that option for a 3 hour minimum within a 30 mile radius (or $4 per mile for distances over 30 miles).  Driver will be provided for offsite also.

Our vineyard site is the family farm of the late Lucille and Miller Taylor.  Lu Mil Vineyard was named in honor of them. The 58-acre vineyard is located on Suggs-Taylor Road in Dublin, NC. where we offer muscadine wines such as: Old Cumberland, Taylor Divine, Bladen Blush, Harmony Hall, Cape Owen Red, Sir Walter Raleigh and Merry Christmas, a limited production seasonal wine.  Additionally, jellies, jams, alcohol free wines and ciders, sauces, syrup and grape seed extract pills have been produced from Lu Mil’s vines. All these products are available in our Gift Shop in Dublin and our location at the State Farmer's Market in Raleigh, NC.

Several indoor and outdoor venues are available.  "Creekside", "The Barrel Room", or "Doc's Deck" could be the location of your next event.  The “Vineyard Cabins” are located with spectacular views of our expansive vineyard and beautiful lakes.  And Taylor House is often rented to our brides for the day of her wedding so that her entire bridal party can be together.
